Storage is possible in the basement, with plenty of room for everything. On-site parking for two cars, free resident street parking, and a washer and dryer are included with the apartment. Rent is $2,450 monthly, with a $2,450 deposit and separate utilities. No Smoking, No Pets, and credit/background/references will be checked. As the owner, I used to live in this building, the neighbors in this building are young professionals and truly great people that have become good friends of mine.
