The Short North District is less than a minute's walk away, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is an 8-minute walk. You'll also find yourself close to Nationwide Arena Stadium, downtown Columbus, Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market. The apartment offers easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property; smoking is permitted outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
