Features List: Brand new building new premium professional-grade appliances new laundry top of the line in premises, not shared new garage with extra parking in the driveway if you like. A beautiful driveway. new HVAC central AC and heat everything new, never used. You can even customize some stuff if you act quickly. The best location is Dobbs Ferry. Just our opinion, but here’s why. Walking score: 78 which I believe is the highest in Dobbs Ferry Walk to bank, supermarket, pharmacy, deli, schools, churches, synagogue, hospital, public transportation (bus - both north/south and east/ west lines), brand new park with swimming pool, athletic fields, Old Croton aqueduct state park Trailway, local stores restaurants (casual and upscale) and of course, a liquor store. It's a bit of a trek (15 minutes) to the train, but an easy walk to, a little difficult walking from the train because of the hill. It has parking off-street and on-street, although the on street can be crowded. Well-lit neighborhood. Off the beaten paths of Main Street and Main streets, but close enough to get to those streets in less than 5-10 minutes. Quiet, but close to the action. Private, but not alone. Close enough that you can easily walk to the hospital, but far enough away that you don’t get the noise and traffic. Close enough that you can easily walk to the terrific schools and college, but far enough away that you don’t get the noise and traffic. Almost maintenance-free. Community features: River Front park, many parks, Great schools easy access to highways quick commute to NYC by “Hudson River Line” just like Billy Joel says

Located about six miles north of Yonkers, Dobbs Ferry residents enjoy New York's comprehensive mass transit system, including the Metro-North Railroad. The Dobbs Ferry station provides service via the Hudson Line, which takes passengers the 20 miles into Manhattan quickly and easily.
Like much of New York, Dobbs Ferry dates back to colonial times. It was first settled in the late 1600s. In 1698, John Dobbs established a ferry service. During the American Revolution, General George Washington and his troops encamped in Dobbs Ferry. The Mead House, built in 1855, is now home to the Dobbs Ferry Historical Society.
