A starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags is provided; however, guests may need to bring additional supplies. Enjoy the private patio perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, including detergent. Pets are welcome with a $200 fee. Lake Zurich, IL is a quiet and peaceful residential area characterized by beautiful homes, well-manicured lawns, and tree-lined streets. It is an affluent community, with a mix of young families, professionals, and retirees. The area is known for its excellent schools and is conveniently located near numerous amenities, including multiple parks and shopping centers, such as the Kildeer Village Square and Deer Park Town Center. The area is known for its outdoorsy feel, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities nearby. Nearby attractions include Paulus Park Beach, Lake Zurich Golf Club, Deer Park Town Center, Breezewald Park, Fox River Preserve, Downtown Barrington, Long Grove Historic Village and Chicago Botanic Garden. Nearby dining includes Lake Zurich Family Restaurant, Bobbers, Beelow’s Steakhouse, D&J Bistro, Consume, La Malinche, Eggshells Café and BBQ’d Productions. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking it, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee for smoking or vaping inside of the home, and if evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund.
