I also screen potential tenants, checking credit, employment, and references, to ensure my clients can attract the right individuals and close deals with confidence. And my services don’t stop once the deal is done: I continue to support clients as tenants often reach out to me with property-related issues, providing peace of mind and ensuring smooth operations.
