Tiny living on Munjoy Hill! This sweet studio is recently renovated, fully furnished, and includes all utilities, including blazing-fast wi-fi. Very quiet and private. (No shared walls!) Fully equipped kitchen with stove and microwave. Just updated to a larger fridge than one shown in photo. Queen bed has 3/4 wall; also a small reading chair and table or work space. Full, tiled bath with walk-in shower. Wood floors throughout. Private entry. The space is quiet and very private, with a nice view of gardens. Heat pump provides both cozy heat and air conditioning. Design is minimalist and like a little ship - a lot fits in this little space. Linens and kitchen items fully stocked. Also added a shelving unit with clothing rail, not pictured. Note that the unit does not have a closet. Our preference is for a six month-year lease, but we would be open to a longer or shorter term in the right situation. Our location is ideally situated in the heart of Munjoy Hill. It is an easy walk to downtown and right around the corner from the Eastern Prom. Street parking is a breeze and a driveway spot will be available for snow ban parking. We also offer free composting service. We are truly sorry, but we do not accept any pets of any kind. Not even cute ones!
