The studio features a sofa, desk, and AC, providing all the comforts of home. Plus, take advantage of the laundry room with a washer/dryer located in the basement. Parking is available on the street and is free. Be sure to read all signs carefully to avoid parking tickets as there is alternate side parking most days. Conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Q train line at 72nd Street subway station and an 8-minute walk from the 6 train line at 77th Street subway station. Additionally, you'll find a City Bike station just one block away, perfect for exploring the city on two wheels. Indulge in the culinary delights of the neighborhood with plenty of restaurants right on the corner. The Upper East Side is known for its posh buildings, Madison Avenue's flagship boutiques, and proximity to some of the most fantastic museums in the country, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside of the apartment, and doing so will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so please use a service like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The building is totally safe, and all guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, and all trash in the trashcans. A laptop computer is not included. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed.
