The tenants pay for electricity, water, gas, and trash. One off-street parking space available for rent in front of house. One pet considered with a pet screening, refundable pet deposit of $500, and monthly pet rent of $30. Parking- 1 spot in front of house available for rent at $500 per semester or $1000 per year 5 spots available in Willey parking lot (behind property) for $500 per semester or $1000 per year No central air conditioning. Window Air Conditioning units at property - tenant is responsible for replacement.
