On the second floor you will find a front bedroom, a pass through bedroom or office space and a substantial closet space on the way to the full bathroom. You also have access to private balcony. The third floor has the remaining bedroom. Residents are responsible for all utilities. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One pet is welcome with a $300 nonrefundable pet fee and an additional $35 monthly fee for a cat. One dog may be considered for an additional $50/month - breed restrictions may apply. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $30 each and non refundable. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required.
