Walk or ride your bike to work downtown. There is currently no laundry in the flat but there is possible shared Laundry on site. The Wash Board, a cute Mom and Pop clean Laundromat is on F Street between 1St and 2nd Aves. Is literally 4 blocks away and they do fluff and fold with pick up and delivery as well! There is Henri's Dry Cleaner's next to Smith's only 1/2 block from the house.
