Looking for compatible tenant to rent main level of townhouse. Upstairs "attic" space (with its own private entrance) is occupied. Both sections of house are completely separate; backyard & laundry room are only common area Main level of the house is 888 ft.² It has: - two bedrooms - one full-bathroom - one half-bathroom - own private entrance (the front door) - new windows - 15 foot ceilings - kitchen w/: - dishwasher - full size oven, range (electric) - central air-conditioning - washer and dryer (soon to be installed) - laundry room is a common area that both upstairs and downstairs have access to - unfinished basement for storage - utilities are split 60/40 down/up - Rent is $850 per month, with a deposit of one month's rent. - Pet rent is an additional $50/month - Pet rent is negotiable if you have a dog that gets along with Rosy, dog, currently occupying upstairs and sharing backyard. - Other pets OK, but rent discount only for a Rosy-compatible dog. - Tenants without pets must still be ok with Rosy, who is a VERY friendly Pit/Lab mix that occasionally wanders into common areas for petting/attention/treats - $300 (refundable) pet deposit required for any pet - Large fenced-in backyard, and house also has doggie door....so plenty of room for dogs to roam and play. - included pictures of the interior/exterior of house, including backyard as well as a couple of photos of Rosy.
