The exterior boasts a heated private waterfront pool, a north-facing dock with deep water access, a propane grill, an exquisite outdoor fireplace, 8 sun loungers, cozy outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Dock usage is complimentary and available for boats up to 50' Ft in length, including 2 x 100 Amp connections, 2 x 50 Amp connections, a water hose, and tide slides. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not allowed inside or outside by any open window/door.
