The second sitting room/family room offers views of the pool and intracoastal. Enjoy a heated private waterfront pool and an exquisite outdoor fireplace. Cozy outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining table that seats 6 are provided. The north-facing dock offers deep water access and can accommodate boats up to 50 feet in length, with 2 x 100 Amp, 2 x 50 Amp, and 2 x 30 Amp connections, a water hose, and tide slides. Please note that dock usage must be requested and approved in writing, and owners currently use a portion of the dock. A propane grill with propane provided is available.
