Longer stays welcome. Utilities are included. 30-night minimum stay; longer stays welcome. Monthly rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi, water/sewer, trash, gas and electric. Utility usage up to $300/month is included. If usage exceeds $300/month for two consecutive months, the guest will be notified and charged for the amount over $300 going forward. 30 days' written notice is required for lease termination No smoking or vaping inside the home.
