Grill and furniture on patio - considering a hot tub... Apt has AC, DirecTV, wireless internet throughout. Rooms can come furnished, including bed, dresser, bookshelf, AC and TV. Laundry in building. Great neighborhood - walk to everything. Dogs negotiable -- currently one friendly 45lb dog in residence. Currently there are 2 rooms available: 10' by 10' bedroom with full closet is $1250/month plus your share of utilities (between $50 and $125/month). Available immediately - one year lease preferred. 11' x 12' bedroom has armoire type closet (not in great shape - build/bring your own if you like) and private entrance. $1300/month plus your share of utilities (between $50 and $125/month). Available immediately - one year lease preferred. There is also an option to take one bedroom and share the other as an office/work space/guest bedroom. We can negotiate price for this option. We are a couple who run children's sports programs. Looking for responsible, personable renters to share our space. Couples welcome.
