Built in 2016, The Penthouses offer an intimate setting of ONLY seven premier units at the corner of North Carrollton Avenue and Bienville Street. All Penthouse Units are located on a secured floor accessed by a private elevator and include a reserved parking space inside of a gated area. No need to drive when you live here, leave your car parked and walk to over 20 restaurants, brew pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, financial institutions and Bayou St. John. Our area is bike-friendly too and we provide multiple bike racks for your use. The Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor is located less than a block away. If you feel like venturing further out or going downtown, jump on the Streetcar - it's right out front. Tours provided to pre-screened applicants, please complete the application online through this site. Owner pays for trash, sewer and water. Tenant pays for electric, and cable/internet.
