Ideally located, the home features two spacious living areas, two outdoor decks, a cozy gas fire pit, and a beach pass for added convenience. The sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the upstairs primary bedroom, two twin beds in a second upstairs bedroom, and a queen bed in the lower-level bedroom. Please note that the saltwater pool will be closed prior to move-in. Linens and towels are not included. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
