317 N. 4th Ave. W, private deck, triplex, entrance at back of building, top floor. Lots of stairs, no elevator. View, cute and cozy. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room, clawfoot tub, shower. Shared laundry in basement. Storage in basement for bicycles, kayaks, sporting equipment. No cardboard boxes, electronics, clothing, furniture, gas powered engines or vehicle batteries can be stored in the basement. Our residents have excellent credit, excellent background check, excellent prior rental reference and income verification of at least 2 1/2 to three times the monthly rent. Pets are welcome with nonrefundable pet fee, pet rent and signed pet addendum. No smoking, no partying in our buildings and properties. Processing fee $35 per applicant.
