Master & bedroom on main level, plus laundry room is on main level as well! Lower level has 3rd bedroom and extra room finished. Great solid building with brick in front, nice yard, parklike private setting and a cul-de-sac, large 2 car garage, just pull in and walk into home without getting wet, etc. The Village of Darboy just did great upgrades because no more ditch to mow, ground is level. Great location close to everything, a easy access to freeway!
