The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is just a few minutes from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th and Lex), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops, and many other stores. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
