The game room is outfitted with a sofa, Smart TV, ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, and foosball. Both homes offer ample space and seating areas for groups to relax and share meals. Enjoy a private, optionally heated pool with a waterfall feature, loungers, and a shaded bar area. A private hot tub is available on the front deck. Parking is available directly on the side of the home for up to 5 vehicles. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) must notify the host before booking and will have additional requirements, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at time of check-in for a refundable security deposit.
