Feel at home in this charming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Upper East Side on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue (walk-up building). This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units (availability may vary according to the season), and windows that let in plenty of natural light. The common area has a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels are provided. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Located on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. Discover designer stores and immerse yourself in the vibrant neighborhood. The neighborhood is home to renowned designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. A Starbucks coffee shop is conveniently located across the street from the building. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum. You'll find drug stores, nail salons, a US Post Office, FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchanges, and barbers minutes from the apartment. For your grocery needs, the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Hub on East 87th Street and 3rd Avenue are within walking distance. The Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away, ensuring easy access to the rest of the city. Additionally, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance. There is a dry cleaner store conveniently located across the street, and numerous laundry stores and laundromats in the vicinity offering pick-up and delivery services, as well as wash and fold options. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
