About This Property

Available April 1st. $150 credit per month for the first three months to use for parking rental. Fabulous one bedroom one bathroom condo in Old City. This place has it all, high ceilings, great built in closet with tons of storage, new appliances, and a large luxurious bathroom with a shower and tub. There are also large windows that lets in plenty of light and the unit comes with high end, custom window shades so you will not need to purchase blinds or curtains. The living space and kitchen can accommodate a large couch and chairs as well as a dining table if you like but there is a big island with plenty of space to use for dinning. The bedroom has an entire wall of custom built in closets that can store all of your clothes and shoes. The bathroom was rehabbed 3 years ago and has a large shower, with great soaking tub and full size washer and dryer. The location is ideal in Old City, close to all the hot bars and restaurants but situated on a block that is very quiet so no worries about city noise keeping you up at night. There is a Starbucks, Riverwinds Produce market, CVS, three convenience stores, beer garden, dry cleaners, three small coffee shops, two gyms all within one block of this place. There is also a 24 hour Wawa, two additional beer gardens, City Bikes to rent all four blocks away. Do not miss this great place, it will go fast. The rent is $2,795 a month and a security deposit of one and a half month of rent. Pets are allowed and there is an additional $500 no refund deposit if you have a pet. Heat and Central Air are electric and the average monthly bill is $165. The building can accommodate both Xfinity and Verizon. I am offering a $150 credit to the rent for the first three months for parking.
