It has 9 foot ceilings, oak laminate floors, modern windows, and an updated kitchen featuring stainless appliances and a granite counter. The neighborhood is bustling with new restaurants, pubs and galleries. A convenient 12-15 minute walk can take you to the PATH and Light Rail stations, ferries, the mall, several farmers markets and the full size Shop Rite supermarket. A Home Depot and Target also nearby within walking distance. Shady five acre Hamilton Park with basketball and tennis courts is 2 blocks away, and lively Hoboken, Newark Street restaurants, or 1,100 acre Liberty State Park are easily accessible by foot, light rail or (personal favorite) bicycle. The building is equipped with Amazon Key For Business, which allows carriers to place packages inside out of reach of porch pirates, UPS has a buzz code, so deliveries are relatively secure. It is available June 1st. There is NO FEE, it is for rent by owner. Rent is $2180 per month, 1 1/2 months security deposit. Tenant pays own electricity, and gas for heat & hot water. Both FIOS and Comcast are already available in the unit. A laundry (with drop off service) is located a half block away. We run full credit and background checks, and require yearly household income to be at least 3x yearly rent. Sorry, no dogs, not negotiable. No Smoking.
