Large main bedroom with modest attached bath in 2 story 4 bed, 3 bath house. (Also have a 2nd smaller room for rent that includes a shared bathroom for $950.) Can be a parent with child. No couples please. Hypo allergenic, well trained dog welcome. Rental price includes use of a shared office, extra storage, free parking, large garden, large yard in front and back. Home has both carpeting and wood floors, along with granite counter tops and "golden triangle" for chefs in the kitchen and stainless steel appliance. Quiet, friendly, family culdesac in quiet, crime free neighborhood. 10 min. to I-25 on the east side. 15 min. to Boulder Turnpike on the west side of town. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. The home is partially solar powered, we all compost and recycle as much as we can. We are also a chemical-free / toxin-free home.
