There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
