This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and high-end appliances. Enjoy high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking for one vehicle is available, and additional street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. The location is perfect for exploring the restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a 4-minute drive away, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. No photography or any commercial use is allowed without written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
