This building is in a great location. Easy access to public transportation, great walking and biking we have a secure yard for bike storage. Close to Penn University and Drexel University. Drexel Library is one block away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. On 34th street it is permit parking or free parking for 2 hours side streets are free. Washer and Dryer in basement of building. We have 3 units that have renewed their lease for more than two years. The building is quiet and has great tenants.Heat included in rent. There are 7 units in this building.. The property is managed by the owner.
