About This Property

Welcome to our historic little duplex in the heart of Kansas City. Keeping with the charm of 1910 with an updated twist, it has been freshly renovated in 2021. This unit can accommodate up to 2 tenants, but has room for visitors (King bed, queen bed and full size pull out couch). Linens, towels, and an 2 pairs of bedsheets are provided. We also provide a coffee maker and blender to start your mornings off right! The apartment is on the second floor with a relaxing, private porch/balcony. Amazing location down the street from Children's Mercy Broadway. Close to Crown Center, Union Station, Downtown, Westport and the Plaza. This unit is located right next to the highways for a quick commute to anywhere in town. Parking Note: There is a private driveway on the right side of the house that can fit up to three cars in a line.
