Three closets are in the hallway, one with storage above. Energy efficient windows with two A/C/Heater window units and one smaller AC. Small yard in front facing the street and small fenced yard in back. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis! House is no smoking! * Next steps: IMPORTANT!
