Property Ratings at 3116 Hillsborough
Kind of scary that this complex is advertised to students living on their own for the first time. We had unhoused folks living in the parking lot, we were chased several times with no security or anyone we could alert, our water heater was 10 years out of date to the point that black flecks were showing up in water out of our taps, and the city of Raleigh had to get involved at one point due to several conditions being not up to code. AC unit was right next to a window and thus never read correctly, and the AC itself leaked buckets of water every night. 2 stars for price at the time and walkability, as long as you had pepper spray. Moving out was the best day of my life.
