Owner to leave everbearing strawberries and raspberries planted. - Awesome fully fenced and covered outdoor patio area in back yard (shared with other side tenants) with BBQ grills, table, wood fire pit, and more - 1 garage bay dedicated to your side for storage of your bicycles and outdoor gear with powered/keypad garage door, 1 private parking spot directly in front of your side and a large shared driveway space with other side tenant, and plenty of street parking available - Dedicated storage room in lower level.
