I am seeking one or more highly conscientious professionals with family unit of up to 4 people to enjoy and care for my lovely home. Living in the West Roxbury district of Boston, very near a major parkway, you'll have convenient access to all that the city has to offer. You will have two tandem driveway parking spaces as well as ample, easy street parking. Shopping centers and a large park are a 5-minute drive away. At the end of the block, 100 yards away, there is a bus stop that is part of the transit system that will take you anywhere in Boston. The house has been well-maintained and modernized, with new windows, all new exterior finish, and the very recent addition of two full bathrooms. All who enter find the home quite aesthetically pleasing. I take pride in my comfortable home and hope you will also!
