Pets are welcome at this property for an additional $300 fee. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. A full mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days for reservations of 60 nights or longer, with fees invoiced prior to the service. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outside areas. Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months, with a furnished lease preferred. You will either be personally greeted by a team member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Work from home with ease, thanks to high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
