About This Property

This is a spacious two bedroom basement suite consisting of the entire basement level of my large townhome. All utilities included. It is private with a door between it and the rest of the home; a full bath and well appointed kitchenette suitable to prepare basic meals. Plus living and dining areas. Basic furnishings. It is very central, walkable to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping. 10-15 minutes by bike to CU, Pearl St or Naropa Arapahoe campus. The 1st floor home entryway is shared and the laundry in the unit is shared on a respectful schedule with preview to the basement residents to respect their schedule and privacy. This space is convenient for: Faculty, Graduate students, mature/focused individuals looking for a peaceful, healthy living space to focus on their goals. Things to know: This is a family friendly environment and neighborhood, therefore there is absolutely no smoking, partying or heavy drinking permitted anywhere on the premises. The floor above yours is rented; I live on the floor above that with my 13 year old lab mix. Therefore all residents (including myself) are expected to keep sounds like TV, voices, music, etc at a low level after 8pm and respect quiet hours at those times. A well behave dog only may be considered. This home is best suited for mature/focused individuals seeking a peaceful, healthy living environment to accomplish their goals. I live on the very top floor of the home with my 13year old lab mix and the floor above yours is rented, therefore all residents (including me) are expected to keep sounds like TV, music, voices at a low level after 8 pm and respect quiet hours at that time. Only a well-behaved and calm dog may be considered: You may not leave your pup unattended if they are likely to be stressed and start barking, as this would impact the other residents. A few social drinks or a small gathering of a few friends is okay. However guests who are not on the lease are not welcome overnight without advanced notice, as we don't want strangers in and out of the house.
