Once you have viewed the inside of the property please submit the application for anyone 18 years and older who will be living at the property. We process the applications in the order we received them completed. Beautiful 1 story condo in the heart of Tempe Living room with tile and ceiling fan Kitchen with granite countertops, range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, lots of cabinets, island counter-top and tile flooring Inside laundry closet with washer/dryer Master bedroom with carpet and ceiling fan Master bathroom with tile flooring and shower Sliding door to private patio Close to ASU, public transportation, freeways and shopping Community pool 1, small dog allowed for an additional $30 per month (breed restrictions apply). Sorry, no cats are permitted. Lease start date must be within 10 days of application approval if vacant property. $100 non-refundable administration fee due at time of deposit. An additional 3.25% monthly administration fee is added to all rental payments. On-time rental payments are required to be made through on-line payment center to avoid payment processing fee of $15. Requirement upon approval: Full move-in monies due within 24 hours from approval. Must start lease within 10 days from being approved.
