This building is occupied by mature, quiet and respectful tenants - THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Rent is $1,550/month with a 5% discount for on-time payment making it $1,475/month. Utilities not included, accept hot water. Gas bills for heat are very cheap. Available April 1, minimum 14 month lease ending May '24. No smoking on the property (including marijuana and vape). If this ad is still up, the apartment is still available.
