For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided. Also included are a hair dryer and handheld steamer. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street parking permits can be provided for $10 per additional vehicle for the entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. The apartment is steps away from the Short North District and within walking distance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium. The downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus are less than a mile away. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions on North High Street, as well as major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. If any smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
