Perfect Location

This building is the ideal location for anyone wanting to live in the city and have an easy way to explore to rest of manhattan. You are steps away from the 6 train, quick walk to Grand Central, Madison Square Park, Flatiron, and so much more. It's great being in a building where the residents have been here for years and there is a great mix of people that live here. For a first apartment, I was beyond lucky to find a gem like this one.
