It includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig Duo coffee maker with pods provided, toaster, blender, tea, spices, condiments, cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. Enjoy amenities such as linens and towels, central air conditioning and heating, complimentary toiletries, a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and trash bags and paper towels. For entertainment, there are Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+ and a dining area with clothing closets. Paid parking is available after 6 pm daily and all weekend (Sat & Sun) at no charge, but guests must read signs and follow time limitations as every street is different. Guests must complete a damage protection step, choosing between a non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver or a fully refundable Security Deposit. Exterior doorbell cameras are installed outside each apartment unit, monitoring the building’s interior hallways; no interior cameras are present. This apartment features fast Wi-Fi with 300+ MPS, making it remote work-friendly. A 4K UHDTV with Roku is also available for entertainment. It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.
