Parking is available after 6 pm daily and all weekend at no charge; please read the signs and follow the time limitations as every street is different. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Excessive noise, aggression, or any other disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the booking without a refund. There is a $50 charge per night for each undeclared or unauthorized extra guest or pet. Smoking of any kind will result in a $1000 charge and a cleaning fee may be assessed if necessary, also incurring a $500 ozone treatment. Any sort of tampering with the doorbell cameras or security system will result in a charge of $500. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Guests are required to remove garbage from the home during their stay and will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during their stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise.
