Tower fans and white noise machines are provided for light sleepers. There is an accent wall for photos. This home offers street permit parking for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. The location is perfect for enjoying Short North, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. Downtown Columbus, Nationwide Arena Stadium, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a short drive away. There is easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
