Horrible and getting worse.
For more than six months of no gas. My Electricity bill is higher in this time using the hot plates given to us. It takes forever to cook a meal. Spending more money ordering food this has me so stress. Now they sent a renewal for the lease and I just cannot. This Building has really been neglected and the landlord has no care. The maintenance of the building has been downgraded to none. Hallways and staircases are disgusting. Not worth living here at all.

Avoid this building and street.
3081 Villa Avenue is run by Villa Associates. Avoid this building if you value quality. Within the last 5 years this building has been abandoned by the landlord and management. and only keeps getting worse. The Elevator is constantly breaking down. The hallways are filthy with wax over dirt on every floor. Mice have taken over the building residency. Constant loud music late at night from classless neighbors across the street. Basically this building went from nice to crap in 5 years.
