Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am, and noise levels should be kept under 85db, as a noise detector is in place. One complaint will result in a warning, and a second complaint will lead to eviction. Guests are responsible for any damage to linens, towels, utilities, or equipment. Improper waste disposal may result in fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost. Parking guides must be followed to avoid fees, fines, or towing. Essential supplies are provided upon arrival, and additional replenishments will incur extra costs. False or misleading claims and reviews have a zero-tolerance policy. During winter, do not leave windows or doors open to prevent frozen pipes, as guests will be responsible for any resulting damage. Sidewalks are maintained once every 48 hours upon snowfall; guests are encouraged to use the provided shovel and salt if needed. Driveways are maintained, and guests can use the shovel and salt if they wish for them to be cleared. Be mindful of snow melting in the garage to prevent damage. Mailbox use is not included; a PO box can be set up for a fee. Items left behind must be collected within 14 days, with shipping available for an additional fee plus postage. Do not attempt to fix plumbing, appliances, or electrical issues without instruction. The host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences. No temporary or permanent fixtures are allowed, and decorations should not be taped or pinned to walls or furnishings. Do not put food or debris down sinks. Be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside, as locksmith costs will be the guest's responsibility. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will result in warnings and potential eviction.
