Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV offers a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance.
