The luxurious game room features a full-sized ping pong table and a foosball table. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars. Located minutes from Washington DC (10 min) and DCA (5 min), this home is in a prime location. Alexandria, Virginia, is known for its Old Town, with brick sidewalks and well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. King Street is lined with boutiques and specialty shops. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
