Keyless entry and mobile phone control makes it super convenient. You can lock/unlock the door from your phone and can monitor who comes in/walks by wherever you are. 5 min drive to City Park, Golf Course, Zoo, Sprouts Grocery, Hospitals, Parkhill Ethnic Grocery Market 7 min drive to newly-built AMC movie theatre or Sie Film Center 10 min drive to Cherry Creek Shopping center and Northfield Shopping Center 15 min drive to downtown Denver 3 min walk to bus station for Bus #43 which will take you to downtown and University of Colorado Denver Within 10 min drive to Carla Madison Recreation Center or Hiawatha Davis Jr Recreation Center. Both of them have indoor swimming pools Enjoy going to Farmers' Market? There are the City Park Farmers' Market and Central Park Farmers' Market House is equipped with modern Whirlpool gourmet gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, front-load washer and dryer. Central heat and air-conditioning. We prefer no pets, but negotiable if necessary. Owner pays for water, regular trash weekly collection, regular biweekly recycling collection, HOA, which includes community snow removal (If the snow is below 4-inches, renters need to remove snow at the front of the house). Renter pays for gas, electricity and internet. ABSOLUTELY NO indoor smoking of any types (tobacco, weed etc). In-unit two cars garage, and there are plenty of free street parkings around the townhome community Deposit and first month rent due upon signing. Deposit will be fully returned if there are no damage or no professional cleaning is needed after move-out. Townhouse is unfurnished. We prefer tenants without pets but negotiable Tenants are expected to abide by the rules of the HOA: 1. No loud noise after 10pm in the community public area/rooftop 2. Pick up after their dogs and have them stayed leashed while outside in the townhome community area 3. Trash bin and recyling bin need to stay inside the garage except during trash collection day.
