Moving so we need to sublet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. 1 mile from West Chester University, right off of the main strip where bars and restaurants are located. Very spacious bedroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen. Freshly painted, new carpeting, and brand new bathroom as of March 2017. Brand new wall to wall carpet in bedroom, living room, dinning room, and hallways. Brand new bathroom tile flooring, sink, cabinets, and mirror. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, and stove/oven along with lots of cabinets. Huge 2 door closet in bedroom. Linen closet in hallway, great for bathroom essentials along with extra storage. Walk in closet in the hallway, very useful for extra storage. There is also a storage unit in the next door building if more storage is needed. Parking lot, free for residents along with free guest parking lot behind building. Pets are allowed, we however do not have one so the apartment is in perfect pet free condition. Full laundry room right next door. Heat and A/C. Apartment complex has a complimentary pool, fully equipped gym, and social room with free wifi and TVs. Were open to entertain offers for furniture.
