I am looking to rent out a spacious two-story apartment for a 12-month lease starting 1-July-2025. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms as well as two balconies and it is located on O'Neal parkway which is only 7 minutes from CU Boulder campus! The bedrooms are large and the main living room has a 65 inch flatscreen TV and couch. It has a modern kitchen with great appliances and overall the unit is sleek and comfortable! One outdoor parking spot is included with the unit and you get access to pool, clubhouse and laundry right on the property! The rent is an affordable $2,250/month for the whole unit plus utilities, which is a great price to live in a central location!
