Each of the two full bathrooms includes a shower/tub combo, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. The living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a plush sofa by the warm indoor fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, this kitchen allows you to feel at home while cooking up your favorite recipes. Enjoy the picturesque Blue Ridge scenery from your private balcony. Additional guest charges apply for more than 5 people, with an additional charge of $35 per guest, per night. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $20 per hour for the first 2 hours and $40 per hour thereafter, subject to availability. On-site parking is only available when the shuttle is not operating, and all rental guests must park in the lower lot and use the shuttle to reach the building when the shuttle service is running. Located in the heart of Sugar Mountain, this charming mountain village is known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy hiking, skiing, and golfing, plus nearby dining, shopping, and attractions. Grandfather Mountain State Park is a 10-minute drive, Grandfather Golf and Country Club is a 12-minute drive, Sugar Creek Gem Mine is a 9-minute drive, and Lees-McRae College is a 16-minute drive. The neighborhood is easily accessible by car, and there is designated parking available for guests. Avery County Transportation Services provide shuttle service to nearby towns and attractions. The building does not have a ski lift, but it is conveniently located right next to the slopes. A complimentary shuttle operates on demand, approximately every 30 minutes to nearby Sugar Ski. Ski equipment rentals have moved from inside the condo building to Sugar Mountain Resort, accessible via the free shuttle service. During the winter months, snowfall can accumulate quickly, and 4WD or AWD vehicles are mandatory for accessing Grousemoor Road from December through January. The Sugar Mountain Police Department will issue tickets to vehicles that do not meet these requirements. Sugar Top Resort does not feature ski-in/ski-out access, but Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offers this amenity. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Guest identity verification is required, including signing an online rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID. A guest registration form is also required. The property accommodates up to 5 guests, and additional charges apply for more guests.
