Regular inspections will be conducted every 6 months. Tenant is responsible for reporting maintenance issues to the Landlord promptly. Tenant shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws. Pet policy: cats allowed and well-trained dogs. Appliances at the property include washer - dryer, 2 refrigerators, electric range, and gas range in garage, garbage disposal The owner will pay for annual taxes. The property has forced air heating and central cooling. Deck in the backyard. Showings will be available starting Jan. 01, 2026.
